Charlotte I. Nsengiyumva

Charlotte has over 5 years of youth development experience. Upon completing University, she worked as a high school teacher for 2 years before joining Educate!.
At Educate!, she worked in various capacities as a Mentor, Program coordinator, Innovations manager and Design and Training manager before she left to Co-found Teach For Uganda. During her tenure at Educate!, Charlotte worked with National Curriculum Development Center(NCDC) to incorporate Educate!’s social entrepreneurship curriculum into the National entrepreneurship curriculum which is now impacting over 10,000 students across the country. She has designed and conducted entrepreneurship trainings for over 100 Ugandan youth and in her role as Innovations manager, she helped improve educate!’s model to make it scalable across Africa. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Bugema University.
